Here are some tips to help you keep your greens in top condition:1. Only wash your greens just before you're ready to use them. If you wash them beforehand, ensure they are thoroughly dried before storage to avoid excess moisture. 2. Handle your greens gently to avoid bruising and damage, which can speed up spoilage. 3. Use your greens within a week for optimal freshness and taste. Plan your meals accordingly to ensure you're incorporating them into your diet regularly.
